Employment law is about human relationships: the sometimes complex relationship between employer and employee. My clients come to me for quick and careful handling of the legal aspects of the case. But in employment law, emotions and the human side often play a role as well. I have an eye for that. I am there to unburden my clients, assist them fully and find a fair solution that suits the situation and their rights. By no means always does this require litigation. If litigation is required, you are in good hands with me.
What characterises me is a big heart and the ambition to be the best in my profession. I am open, honest, human and transparent. Besides expertise and professional competence, I see trust and commitment as the foundations on which my services are built. With these enthusiasm and values, I assist my clients.
I take my work extremely seriously, and do so with positivity and a good sense of humour.
The name of my office is taken from the architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. His buildings are known for their clean lines and clear forms. They stand for quality, transparency and functionality. Less is more. I strive to create order and clarity in complex legal issues, always with quality at the forefront and in full transparency with my clients.
